bye september (¬‿¬)ﾉ

end of month ^^;

this month felt like a flipbook of stories layered on top of each other. dramas, manhwas, little random memories… all stacking like post-its in my head. i got lost in other people’s lives and kinda forgot my own deadlines (oops ㅠㅠ). but maybe that’s okay!! :] sometimes being a collector of moments is enough. september was messy but warm, like handwriting that slants differently on each page....... i’ll take it as proof i was here, even if the ink smudged. >:D

fresh start

today was basically cleaning boss battle day… and i won. i threw out like 90% of my clothes and honestly.. zero sadness!!!! like, if i never wore it, why was it even in my closet?? next time i’m def gonna be more frugal with what i buy. lesson learned.Read more »

missing pieces

sooo exo had their livestream yesterday and honestly… i left feeling kinda disappointed. like, it’s always the same story, someone’s missing. ㅠㅠ i was really happy to see sehun back from the military tho!! feels surreal seeing him there again, like a piece of the puzzle sliding back in place.

twelve letters (final thoughts)

okay!! so i finally finished twelve letters and wow… i have things to say.

first off: i really did like it. the whole show had me hooked from start to finish. the characters felt real, the setting was gorgeous, and the emotional punches hit harder than i expected. honestly, the casting was 10/10. every actor felt like they belonged exactly where they were, no awkwardness, no “hmm they could’ve picked someone else.” perfect fits all around.

twelve letters brain dump

it’s 5am and i should be asleep, but my brain decided to stage a surprise concert and the only song on the setlist is twelve letters, this chinese drama i’ve been hooked on. honestly? personal favorite of the year so far. the plot is sad, yeah, but the concept? chef’s kiss. i still haven’t finished the last episode, but i will today. kinda scared for the ending but also too invested to stop.
