hello guys!! i got 100gb!! (already chewed through a bunch of it ofc) i genuinely could not survive the no-wifi life. anyway where do i even start…
over the weekend my younger sibling had a birthday party and the house was PACKED. it felt so weird seeing "everyone" together at once (like when all the side characters from different arcs suddenly share one panel… multiverse event). everyone’s personalities were on full display esp my cousins, which was kinda fascinating ^^; it was really fun catching up and playing games though. there were SO many presents my sibling couldn’t even finish opening them the next day, lol.
also speaking of presents, one of my cousins got me a jirachi plush from his trip to japan. i genuinely lost it a little, best surprise ever :]]
i kept reading the gloria chao book and it’s getting really good now. trisha is officially my favourite at the moment! (it’s ex marks your spot btw, if anyone’s wondering.)
yesterday we finally got the tv + internet box. somehow we ended up with a bigger tv. the delivery guys were wearing santa hats and my mum thought it was hilarious. i was thinking they should’ve gone all in and worn elf costumes instead. or at least just ONE guy dressed as santa. missed opportunity tbh.
before the santa guys arrived i was watching k-on!! with my younger sibling and omg it’s so good. ritsu is my fave (but honestly i love all of them). and we were eating madeleines at the same time they were eating them in the first episode which felt very universe-aligned.
uh... watched a bit of long vacation (barely cuz i fell asleep)
ok i’m rambling and my phone is DYING so i’ll stop here. bye bye for now!!! >:0
edit: day 3 of this and i’m not even exaggerating, i’m pretty sure there’s a squirrel house nearby. i keep spotting the same two squirrels outside my window like they’re paying rent or something.

thank uuu, it really has been chaos soup lately but we’re surviving (somehow). YES hunt the book down, it’s very easy to get sucked into… perfect obsession material hehe. i should check out her other books once i'm done :0
the santa hats honestly carried the whole day LOL like why was that the most festive part of moving. i agree, instant serotonin. and thank u, i’m tryinggg to rest more and just let things settle instead of freaking out 24/7 (mixed success).
AND THE SQUIRRELS… you might be right actually. they look way too comfortable, like this is their scheduled hangout spot. i don’t know if i'm allowed to feed them-- but i feel like they’re judging me through the window anyway. tiny landlords.

the birthday party sounds like it was a blast! seeing ur cousins after so long is such a fun time.
i love the festivity on the job!! santa hats are so much fun to wear. i agree tho, more dressing up was necessary.
aww, cute squirrels!! maybe they're people watching, lol. or like eugene said, they're probably waiting for food. i would leave snacks and hopefully befriend them~

right!! it really felt like one of those rare everyone-in-the-same-room moments, kinda surreal but really nice.
the santa hats were such a random delight LOL like if you’re already committing, might as well go full festive… missed opportunity honestly.
THE SQUIRRELS though… i swear they really do look like they’re people-watching ㅠㅠ just standing there like little neighborhood supervisors. i’d totally try to befriend them if i could (in my head we’re already on good terms).
