cbx, where art thou?

so, like, i woke up today thinking it was gonna be a chill morning, right....? but then eugene dropped the bombshell: cbx won’t be in the comeback. uh.... wait-- WHAT??!?!?!??!?!?!??!?! i was under the impression that we were all simply enjoying the moment with the hope that they would reconcile. turns out, our theory was right; unfortunately.

the official lineup for the upcoming fan meeting, "EXO'verse," scheduled for december 13–14, 2025, includes suho, chanyeol, d.o., kai, sehun, and lay. but no sign of baekhyun, chen, or xiumin!!!! fans are understandably upset, especially since lay is returning, but cbx is still in legal disputes with sm

for context

the trio filed a lawsuit against sm, accusing them of fraud and theft of their profits and assets. while they reached a first settlement, the case is still ongoing, and the second round of mediation failed to reach a consensus. this means cbx members are still under exclusive contracts with sm, and their participation in group activities is uncertain.

fans are rallying behind cbx, advocating for their inclusion in fan meetings and comebacks. many believe that cbx is an integral part of exo and that their absence diminishes the group's unity!!!!!!

......so yeah, it's a tough pill to swallow. but let's keep supporting all the members, whether they're together or apart. exo's journey isn't over yet, and who knows what the future holds. stay strong, exo-ls. <//3

SM IS HONESTLY THE WORST.

like, i don’t even know how they manage to keep existing sometimes. they’re out here being that one friend who promises pizza, shows up with a salad, and then eats your chips too. cbx can’t come back, lawsuits, “mediation failed,” blah blah blah… like, congratulations sm, you officially crashed everything. if sm were a person, i’d uninvite them from my life and block them on everything, including imaginary social media. honestly, they should just hand me a medal for surviving their nonsense. like, thanks sm, thanks for nothing, and have fun being the villain in exo-l’s diaries forever!!!!!!!

BUT WELCOME BACK LAY!!!

finally, some good news to cling to in this mess of a morning. like, i’m not crying, you’re crying… okay maybe we’re all crying, but at least one piece of exo is coming back strong. bless his soul for showing up while sm is busy being the absolute worst. let’s just cherish this moment, scream his name in all caps, and mentally prepare for cbx to hopefully one day bless us too… someday… someday…

but fr..... sm is like… the final boss of mismanagement. they paved the way for entire generations of idols to get treated like overworked npc side characters in their own careers. clap clap clap… villains of the century.
we are one??? apparently sm heard that and said “we are one… separated by contract disputes, legal battles, and chaos.” like how do u fumble every legendary group???? gee gee gee gee-bye........

no cuz i literally had to sit up in bed to double-take my screen. (and LOLL not me checking this the second i opened my eyes even tho u warned me not to… oops.) honestly at this point i think sm just gets bored and decides to torment cbx for sport. i wouldn’t be shocked if they eventually pull a full jyj and leave exo entirely, cuz who can survive this nonsense forever. this is so unfair.........
