hi koi!!!!!!!!!! :D oooooo, fun side quests~ about the book, some schools actually tend toggle away books from their libraries that no one checks out anymore. it makes space for new books that students actually want to read, and ensure the old books can continue to be read for longer, and to many audiences~ (i once helped my elementary school librarian sort old books in 5th grade for this purpose, it was cool.)

that's a really lovely quote. everyone has messy parts that are uniquely ours, and we wouldn't be human without them. i love that :3

agh... tiramisu. i'm not a big fan of it either, lolz. but that's because i don't like coffee flavor. but who knows, maybe there's a tiramisu hidden gem out there that'll pull us both in? eep. glad to hear the fudge brownies n ice cream saved the day tho, that combo is heaven for me, eep.

for me, a song that feels like a warm hug is the saltwater room by owl city, ocean eyes version specifically! i grew up with it, it's always been my comfort song when i'm at my lowest and need to feel cozy for a moment.

ooh, what book did u get? and that quote u mentioned is lovely, it’s so true. ur past does not define u, it’s simply a part in ur entire life story.

nice pictures, koi!! the pasta looks delicious and the bridge looks so pretty. (i totally get ur fear of big and old structures tho.. they’re so daunting to look at sometimes)

i kinda wanted to try tiramisu too, what did it taste like? :0 i saw eugene mentioned a coffee flavor… idk if i would like coffee flavored dessert LOL. glad u were saved by brownies and vanilla ice cream! i love that combo.

my warm hug song is koewo kikasete by naoko gushima. it’s one of my fave songs by her and the instrumental is just lovely. her voice is as calming as always.

the book i got is american panda~ and i'm so glad you liked that quote too ;; it really is a gentle way to look at things.

thank you about the pics!! the pasta was seriously good (and the bridge is much prettier from a safe distance....) and about the tiramisu... it mostly tasted like... cold, soggy ladyfingers(?) and a faint, kinda bitter coffee cream? the texture was the real letdown though. it was just wet. not creamy, just damp. (eugene is right about the coffee flavor, it's definitely there!).

and YAY i'm so glad you'll give the playlist a listen!! also, that's a beautiful choice ;-;
